Phew, just back from Mongolia and the MBC by Selle SMP, 9 days of working on the crew and supporting the participants in this year’s event – and a 21 hour journey back to Taipei.
I was gone about 2 weeks but it feels like 2 months. After the incredible… incredibleness… of the steppe, so vast, so peaceful, it was jarring to arrive at Hong Kong airport with its grinding hustle and bustle, it feels more like a department store than an airport at times.
I’m going to write something longer on my MBC 2023 experience, so for now I’ll leave you with some images of the event and a Youtube vid of our first stage.
