YEP, pushing my wares again…

I’ve just published a 12 week (that’s just about 3 months folks!) plan on my TrainingPeaks coach account page, designed for all levels of riders – it’d be great for beginners also, at any time of the year – to build a really solid, deep base over the first 2/3rds, and then to shift into some higher end tempo and sub-threshold work, to make the transition from base work to starting HIIT work smooth and manageable.
