I launched our adventure cycling project KOJO Collective last year with my co-partner Mike McCreesh, and the brief was simple: to get me out to the most amazing places to ride a bike in Asia and Australia.

I went to Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Western Oz, to north Vietnam and Chiang Mai, then across Japan from Tokyo to Kyoto and down through Kyushu and Shikoku.

Mission accomplished!

Oh wait – there was another part, to then build this tour company so I could take other like-minded folk out there with me, to experience what I had seen.

That part i still a work in progress, but with four successful tours under our belt this year – the SEVEN Gravel World Series Tour in Nannup, Western Australia, the mighty Ha Giang Vietnam Loop Tour, the Tokyo to Kyoto Tour, and our most epic to date, our KYRGYZ Tour – we are starting to grow our little collective, and 2026 is already looking promising!
