racked up my 5th win of the season here in Taiwan last weekend, in the 5th round of the Taiwanese National Cycling Club series. very surprised with the win as it came after my Visa Nightmare Saga, forcing me of the bike for almost the whole week – in the end i got in 3 hours in 7 days.
but, seems my body responds very well to, er, no training! i also set a course record in the process, which made up for the fact that most of the top Taiwanese riders were racing abroad that weekend. next race will be next weekend, with the 6th and 7th rounds of the NCC coming on Saturday and Sunday, and then, if it is not postponed, the Singapore National Championships, ITT and Road Race, then the Jelajah Malaysia Tour just after.
hopefully the form will continue.
