If that wasn’t a step through bike it would have been a different story. Also, amazing how totally sang froid she is about the whole thing.

Holy smokes. Was the cyclist or the car at fault? My friend told me that the driving was a bit crazy over there. Rick, I’m presuming she was in a bit of shock, because either that or she’s related to Spiderman not to get totally taken out there.

i’ve seen this many times in Asia, it’s a combo of the shock but it’s a different way of dealing with near-death experiences! Look at the taxi driver, he just calmly gets out, checks his car is ok and then he’s off! Doesn’t even look at her to ask if she is ok. I once saw a scooter rider hit by a Pajero that then drove over his back, the cop came, took down the license plate and drove off, the owner of the truck was calmly chatting on her fone and the poor guy was writhing in pain on the floor! In the end, after waiting thirty minutes with no ambulance, I put him in the back of the Pajero and got the woman into the car (then she went into shock, which was fun) and drove them to the hospital. So yeah, the whole ‘calm’ thing baffles me.
