{"id":2309,"date":"2013-06-10T00:54:29","date_gmt":"2013-06-10T00:54:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/crankpunk.com\/?p=2309"},"modified":"2013-06-10T00:54:29","modified_gmt":"2013-06-10T00:54:29","slug":"win-5-of-2013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/crankpunk.com\/ja\/2013\/06\/10\/win-5-of-2013\/","title":{"rendered":"win #5 of 2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>racked up my 5th win of the season here in Taiwan last weekend, in the 5th round of the Taiwanese National Cycling Club series. very surprised with the win as it came after my <a href=\"http:\/\/crankpunk.com\/ja\/2013\/05\/29\/racing-in-batam-the-immigration-nightmare\/\">Visa Nightmare Saga<\/a>, forcing me of the bike for almost the whole week &#8211; in the end i got in 3 hours in 7 days.<\/p>\n<p>but, seems my body responds very well to, er, no training!
