Why? Because in Europe, e-bikes that can be ridden without a license have a 25 km\/hr speed limit, and speed pedelecs have a speed limit of 45km\/hr.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cGetting such a large number of reservations in such a short period of time shows the incredible public appetite for a true car replacement in our everyday city lives,\u201d said Carlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let&#8217;s hope eh!
